Now, my work is really something ... "Human services" is quite a trip to be in the middle of. And, you know, it's hardly EVER the people we service, it's the many assholes we work with. 

Ever notice how everyone in this country thinks they're a doctor and a lawyer? They all think they know everything - and way better than you - even when they're hardly qualified to wipe asses. Which is the usual case. I swear that they would hire ANYONE in the human services field - anyone right off the streets. And I HATE IT when someone like that tries to tell me what to do or how to do something, especially after having been in the field a good 20 years.

But make no mistake about it - just when you think you've "seen it all," some newer idiot comes along with some "new and improved" artwork in idiocy. I see this every fucking day, I swear. People who think it's ok to restrain others - just because they're yelling. People who "write up" 17-year-olds "because they were talking about sex." What the hell is wrong with these people? That's what 17-year-old boys DO - they talk about sex. Sure - "write them up" thus giving them even MORE OF a "record" to carry around thru life - as if it isn't going to be difficult enough for them already to try to rebuild and make something of their lives.

I saw perhaps the "best" example of this very recently at work. Someone had called the police for them to make an official report that one of the kids had punched his bedroom wall "making marks on it ..."  What the FUCK? Here in Massachusetts, anything a kid does under the age of 17 becomes a sealed record - ergo, anything after the age of 17 will be on permanent accessible record about that person. This particular kid is over 17. Nice, huh?

Let me just say that I now intend to make it my quest to get this fucking cunt fired the first time she does anything else wrong. And that's EXACTLY what she is - a fucking power-tripping CUNT. PERIOD. In PLAIN English. The majority of us are trying to rehabilitate these kids toward eventual self reliance and productive independence. This bitch gives him a further record by calling the police for something as stupid and insignificant as this.
So...  do you think this is "over-reacting ...?"   "taking it personally ...?"  "getting too involved ...?"   Well, I don't think so. I think it's called being PISSED because someone's life is adversely and permanently effected (that particular kid's) because of someone else's stupidity in judgment and their ignorance of the profession. Yes - it was a "bad call" on her part. But it was to the extreme. And now it's on this kid's record - forever ..

Like he needs that shit ...

So she deserves to have someone fuck up some significant part of her life, if you ask me ....

Like getting her fat ass OUT OF a job she didn't have any right being HIRED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The ones who treat the kids like they're a fucking drill sergeant - rather than a teacher - really crack me up, too. Real quality workmanship there. Real big adult example role model. Real big deals. Real bad asses. Takes a real lot to kick around a kid who's already been kicked around all of their lives. 

Those types are a real piece of work, all right. Then when you're leaving work, you notice their "real men love Jesus,"  "God Is Love,"  or similar bumper sticker as you drive by their car. What a study these folks are. Basically militant right wing fanatic assholes who think they have the right to run everyone else's life. Including demeaning a kid who's already had a history of being sexually, verbally, physically abused. Real quality characters there. HUH. Shades of George Orwell's "1984" or what? What a dickhead.
